Accepting these terms
These terms cover the DisDeleter Android app and this website, both provided by mlika ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, or by using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use DisDeleter, and old enough to hold a Discord account under Discord's own rules.
What DisDeleter does
DisDeleter deletes messages from Discord on your behalf. It signs in with your own Discord account, on Discord's own sign-in page, and then calls Discord's API to delete exactly the messages your selection and filters describe.
It never posts, reacts, follows, joins or sends messages for you, and it does not read or delete anything you did not select.
We are not Discord
DisDeleter is an independent tool. It is not made by, endorsed by, affiliated with or in any way connected to Discord Inc. "Discord" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to say what the app works with.
Your use of Discord stays governed by Discord's own Terms of Service. You are responsible for staying inside them while using this app, and we cannot make any promise about how Discord will treat your account.
Your account and your responsibility
You may only use DisDeleter with a Discord account you own and are entitled to act for, and you may only delete messages you are allowed to delete — your own, or other members' messages in servers where Discord has granted you the permission to manage messages.
You are responsible for what you delete. Do not use DisDeleter to destroy records you are required to keep, to interfere with a moderation or legal process, or to harass anyone.
Deleting is permanent
A deleted Discord message cannot be recovered — not by you, not by us, and not by Discord. Deletion happens against your live account and takes effect immediately.
Check your selection, your date range and your keywords before you start a run. We are not able to undo a run, and we are not liable for messages you meant to keep.
Credits, subscriptions and ads
DisDeleter is free to install. Deletions spend credits, and you can earn more by watching a rewarded video. Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription, sold and billed through Google Play, that removes the credit limit and the ads.
Purchases, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its own terms, from your Google Play account — not by us. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to decompile, modify or resell the app; to bypass its credit limit, its ads or its billing; or to run it on a rooted or otherwise modified device, which the app blocks for the safety of your session token.
Do not use the app in any way that breaks Discord's terms or any law that applies to you. We can stop providing the service to anyone who does.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Discord can change or restrict its API at any time, and a change on their side can slow the app down or stop a feature working. We fix what we can, but we cannot guarantee the service will always be available, complete or uninterrupted.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or lost messages, or for anything that happens to your Discord account as a result of using the app. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
